Gizem is an empathiser, designer and millennial, who is always hungry to learn and curios for better. Moreover, She graduated with an Industrial (Product) Design Bachelor Degree from Middle East Technical University at 2015, and she has started to her proactive career as user experience designer. As a volunteer designer, she also spares time to provide mentorship on design thinking, user experience design, usability and ergonomics etc. to start-ups.

She is living in Istanbul, the city where East meets West with its multiculturalism, chaos and tolerance all in the same time, which has an great role in her identity as a designer. 
Her works have been awarded by several international and national design authorities and she has contributed to international design fairs and exhibitions such as A’ Design Award, World Design Impact Prize and TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey).
