What is the true cost of your travel program?
Charlotte is Vice President, Global Sales Enablement at American Express Global Business Travel (GBT). She oversees GBT commercial performance working closely with sales and client management teams and cross-functional business leaders to make go-to-market goals happen. In this role, Charlotte has a unique view across trends clients are most interested in – what they are asking of their TMC, when it comes to managing or improving their existing travel programme, as well as their areas of interest regarding forward-looking trends.
Charlotte has over 20-years combined vendor and client-side experience in the corporate and luxury travel space. Prior to GBT, she served as General Manager, Experiences at Rue La La, an exclusive, invitation-only online shopping destination with headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, where she helped build the luxury-focused Travel and Experiences vertical. She also served as Vice President, Product and Marketing for Cendant Travel Distribution Services, where she was responsible for all marketing and lead generation activities, along with creation and development of the corporate product roadmap across both online and GDS booking channels.
