As the global lead for Employee Experience within the Microsoft Travel Team, which supports more than 80,000 travelers across 100 countries, Julia Fidler represents the voice of the traveler, ensuring that traveler experience is a primary program driver. Previously, Julia managed Stakeholder Engagement globally and consolidated the Microsoft travel program across EMEA within her first 2 years with the company. Prior to working for Microsoft, Julia was VP of Travel for Deutsche Bank, worked across the industry in both Travel management companies and airline roles and has lived and worked across Central Eastern Europe and China.
