A former travel agency owner who led the growth of her Ohio-based business from an annual turnover of $3 million to $300 million, Kathy understands the importance of strong partnerships. As one of the earliest adopters of modern meetings technologies and the onsite travel service concept, she knows the importance of innovation to business success. Dedicated to industry education, Kathy enjoys presenting at major trade association events and has appeared in numerous travel segments on The Weather Channel. She resides in Atlanta.
