Paul has 20+ years' experience in the business travel and payment industry, working in the frontline for most of Europe's largest travel management companies, including American Express Travel, Carlson Wagonlit and Hillgate Travel. Paul then moved into the payment industry, working for American Express Card in their global sales team for a number of years.

Paul has worked at Conferma since its inception focusing on business development and establishing the Conferma brand in the UK. After returning from a 2 year project in the US Paul focused on the expansion of the Conferma product set within their Global TMC customer base and their technology platforms. Paul is now responsible for the Conferma Innovations team with a remit to combine emerging technology with Conferma’s Virtual Payment platform.
