Simon joined PredictX in 2008 when it was a six-person business working out of a serviced office in South London, with a bunch of servers and an idea. The idea was that the systems designed to help people make the right data-backed decisions instead created nothing but confusion and concern, and that there had to be better ways of helping people use data. Since then, he has been involved in realising that vision, leading the first implementations of PredictX's sourcing solutions, and then spearheading the development and launch of its Travel product. Today PredictX works with many of the world's leading programmes, providing proactive insight, intelligence and guidance for both Travel Managers and their business stakeholders. Prior to PredictX, Simon was a consultant engaged with the automation of performance information and business intelligence. In his spare time Simon enjoys travel, scuba diving, private aviation and searching for wayward golf balls. He claims his spirit animal is the Capybara.
